PsyGuy doesn't know what he is talking about. Take Dallas ISD, as
one example. They just took a $791,000 grant from Bill Gates. He
is dictating exactly how it is spent. That is just one little drop
in the bucket of what Gates is doing here in Texas. Anyone would be
a fool to think that the enormous amount of money Gates has pumped
into Texas doesn't come with tremendous influence.
