    The 8-12 is the old test, the 7-12 the new test, statistically the
    7-12 is a bit easier because it has slightly more lower level
    content. Texas is moving from the Elementary-middle school-
    high school model to the primary school (1-6 grade) and
    Secondary School (7-12 grade) certification model.
