I'll throw my two cents in that there are some of the non-Spanish
ESL/ELL programs in the Dallas area. Irving, Carrollton-Farmers
Branch, and some parts of Dallas ISD have large numbers of non-
Spanish speaking ESL students and they do have some ESL classes.
There may be other areas in DFW as well. My guess is that there
are some areas in Houston and Austin as well that attract non-
Spanish speaking ESLs. These areas have a fairly large number of
tech oriented jobs, and this attracts a lot of people from
Asia/India. That said, I don't know the job market for that sub-
field all that well.
