    Maybe, but considering I'm 45 ... your point is misplaced.

    But realistically speaking ... correct, there are no tenure laws to
    protect us. Though we are a UFT charter school ... and we do
    possess basic protections.

    I'll probably burn out before I get laid off ... or I'll get laid
    off because I'm burned out.
