    I assume you have a General 1-6 license. In order to obtain a
    7-12, you'll need a Specialization area. That's 30 credits in
    the specialized area as well as taking the CST and any other new
    exams they keep introducing each year. Since you have your
    education credits, you'll be ok there ... but you'll need 30
    credits in the specialization area.
