It's 4 times. You should have received an email in June if
you were eligible. This is also dependent on your rating. If
you received developing or ineffective you will not receive
the award.

We shouldn't have to make logical assumptions about
anything that's due to us. Would we still have a job if our
parents were left to make "logical assumptions" about their
child's grade? It's absurd year after year the
communication about our award is almost nonexistent.

Everyone should send email after email until someone gets
an answer.

In the end no new is good news I guess but frustrating
nonetheless especially at this time of year.
