R.J.---you are absolutely correct, but unfortunately if they
aren't responding to emails or phone calls and aren't
providing us with any form of feedback, the best we can do is
hope that they stay true to the words in their June email
about disbursement at some point in December. It totally sucks
having to wait this long, especially for something that is owed
to us.
