    Below is the information you requested:

    Due to lack of funding, the Teachers of Tomorrow
    Loan Program (TOTL) is discontinued. The NYC
    Department of Education is no longer accepting any
    applications for this program.

    This applies to new applicants as well as anyone
    who has participated in the program in the past.

    Not sure if this is accurate because 5 minutes
    earlier another teacher was told they had no
    information. Fingers crossed it is not!
