Hi Frank,
super agree what you said, and recently, I also have a thought "is
there any Substitute Teacher Day for public school?" If they could
have a "ugly sweater day", why not a "substitute teacher day", so
all teachers could talk about substitute teachers with their kids
with all the respect. Substitute teacher is the worst job in the
field, but can any teacher guarantee they will be there for their
students for the whole 180 days!
