Post: standardized tests for 1st grade

We are in a debate about standardized tests for the 1st
grade. We currently use ITBS but will now test in the fall
and there are some who do not want to test 1st grade? What
do you use? How do you document placement for 1st graders
in Title 1? Need ideas asap. Th
