I highly doubt that was the intention. IF it were, it is an epic
fail. Having attempted to use the lessons (they were NOT usable)and
having tortured students all year with their unit tests, I know that
it is nothing but an anchor pulling them down. The TEKS are
misinterpreted so the test are useless, they upset the kids because
they substitute rigor for "hide the question". I've done a side by
side comparison of STAAR questions and CSCOPE tests. They aren't
even close.
