Thanks!! I do already have the Core book, but what is inside of
it is WAY to general to use with my kids. My school bought the
Pearson student books for social studies for us, so I am
covered there. But Core doesn't offer anything like that for
science. A to Z only has books for about 1/2 of the topics we
cover, and they definitely don't have enough to sustain an
entire unit on any one topic.
I will try thr Time and National Geographic sites though!
Thanks! And I am absolutely not opposed to your about.com idea
if I can't find anything else! I just don't want to reinvent
the wheel if there is already something out there!!
