It is really important to come to an understanding with your teaching partner about schedule and philosophy about teaching. I don't agree with grouping, but I also don't think it is in the kids best interest at this young age to do one teaching philosophy with you and another one with the other teacher. The grown ups need to come up with ONE schedule that you both can live with and both of you need to agree to teach it. You are both responsible for these kids, kinda like marriage parents or if you do not agree, ... divorced parents.
