Yet ANOTHER person trying to find all the negative things
going on in schools!!!! I can tell you right now that most
teachers are color blind. If you were to ask me how many
hispanics are in my classroom. Not only could I not tell you
because there are many, but I forget they are hispanic. Now,
before someone comes back saying, "Shame on you for
forgetting and you need to remember and teach to their
background." Most teachers feel this way. We teach what we
are given. We don't chose who are what race is in our
classrooms or how many we get.
