Do you have the binder? I think you can pretty much teach
yourself the process. If you are familiar with the outlining
method, and the highlighting/colors stuff you will be good to
go.

The training just gives you lots of practice and teaches lots of
other strategies, like reading and vocab. but it's all in the
binder. It's not hard to implement.
