    Have you tried Literature Circles. We have found getting
    advanced students engaged in discussion about the book works
    at another level than the strategies, which they all ready
    have. A great book to check out is Moving Forward with
    Literature Circles by Jenni Pollack Day, Dixie Lee Spiegel,
    Janet McLellan and Vailerie B. Brown.
