I'm a complete newbie when it comes to this, but what is 6
traits? It's not a term I've heard used here in Australia, but
then I'm a music teacher, so it may well be out there. Your lists
of the foods strikes a chord with me, and for me, the separate
ones are best because I'm still sorting out the 'ingredients'.
