    Post: sign language and reading

    Posted by Kelly on 4/06/09

I would like to start implementing sign language in my
reading class. I am a resource room teacher and work with
students with various disabilities. I am looking for a site
that will allow me to print the sign for words (like sight
words and vocabulary from our books) but I can't seem to
locate the right one. I have several ASL dictionaries but
it would be time consuming and I would waste a ton of paper
to copy the particular words I am looking for. I would also
like to hear how signing with hearing children works for
you. What resources do you recommend? Especially resources
    regarding signing and reading.
