Congrats! What's the position?

As I understand it, the principal will rank all of the people he/she has
interviewed and will send it on to HQ.

They will do the footwork and they are apparently the ones who will
actually pick the person and notify them (I've heard within 2 weeks, but
someone out there probably knows better). Obviously the one the principal
ranks number one should get the job (although I did have a principal tell
me that for whatever reason this does not always happen).
