Yeah. They call it a CDC - Child Development Center. My
guess is it is not run by DoDDS. The MCCS (Marines) run CDCs
separate from DoDDS. Maybe the Navy does too. I'm not too
well informed, as I am relatively new to DoDDS and work at an
Air Force Base. Anyway, I Googled "Rota Spain CDC" and
something came up. Give it a try and see if you find what
you need.
