Along the left side of the page, there is a link to "Enter &
Submit Your Application."
This is the first step... There is only one interview event
each year (usually in March) and you have to meet very certain
criteria to attend. I believe you can still see this years
interview announcement under "Upcoming Events" or something
like that... It was in DC in March. Best of luck :-)
