Is it possible for a teacher retired from DoDEA to be rehired by DoDEA? Has this been done by anyone?
haha HR would probably be the best ones to ask. I do know that if you accept voluntary retirement incentives then the restriction is that you cannot be rehired by a DoDDS agency with 12 months or a federal dept. within 5 years. So, I would presume there might be some restrictions on being rehired but not an outright prohibition.

haha No problem. If you scroll down on the Guam salary scale you will see the category for SLPs. The adjusted salary with locality pay is pretty sweet, even at step 5 (around S90K depending on salary lane). Then again you would need some of that to make up for the fact that you don't get housing allowance on Guam.

hopeful True...no housing allowance in Guam, but.... base salary plus locality pay plus COLA is = to 25% more, then....add an additional 11.3% for non-foreign post differential allowance. A very sweet deal indeed!
