    Post: one year u.s. soil

Posted by maine gal on 7/10/08

My friend is currently teaching overseas with the IB
schools. A DODDS recruiter told her today that she would
have to come back and live on US soil for one year before
being considered by DODDS...is this true? She is a U.S.
citizen with several teaching certificates. This is her
first time out of the country and she really wants to be
part of the dodds team. Where does it state this in
    regulations?
