Bottom line: if your students are learning and are engaged, you're/ an
excellent teacher. PERIOD.
It doesn't matter what Pearson says. Pearson would make Michael Jordan
provide a video of how he trains and practices, show how he works
with teammates off the court and in the locker room, and provide
detailed analysis of his games and make him write feedback on his
game to prove he was a great basketball player!
some of the NBPTS cheerleaders would say you're not an excellent
teacher or just couldn't figure out how to write the way NBPTS wants.
Don't take it out on yourself. NBPTS is just a money making machine
that wants people to fail and retake and retake to make more money. ,
name one other professional certification that has as high a failure
rate for first time takers. Seriously there is NO way it takes what
Pearson requires to prove you're an excellent teacher.
Bottom line: if your students are learning and are engaged, you're/ an
excellent teacher. PERIOD.
