I agree that creatvity is key... and very important.

BUT

If it ain't broke...

Some methods and activities are tried and true and are reused every
single year for a GOOD reason.

I do understand that some things SHOULD change year after year based
on the needs of the students but on the other hand... somethings are
are fun and work... and so why change?

There have been times when I personally get bored with something and
look around for ways to change it... and I can not find NEW and
IMPROVED things...

So I agree with you and disagree at the same time.
