But it will never happen. Why? Because the gov't won't pay for that, and they want to embarass schools with not making AYP because when schools "fail" they have an excuse to make more charter school and more $$$. Why fix public schools when you can open a charter schol and make $$$? They will never give the failing kids the extra time and education they need because they need to make $$$ on charters and they don't want to spend tax dollars on our "broken" public schools. They have a war to pay for, you know. It's all a scam, you see. Invented by your own gov't. Keep voting for those republicans and we'll all be working in private and charter schools!
