It's the district. Our district has seen huge improvement in teaching
abilities, in student scores, and in discipline. It is because we have a
strict district overseer. We have had incredible classes, workshops, and
other training. We are exhausted, but we are GOOD, and I'm done with the
classes so now can concentrate on refining.
If the government had a clue, they would create programs like our
district's instead of just hassling teachers and shoveling money out.
I hated our intense training at first, hated NCLB... Now I'm glad I had to
be involved in our district's NCLB program;
