    PLEASE IM A PARENT OF A 14YR OLD WHO HAS ADHD AND LEARNING
    DISABLED HE HAS BEEN LEFT BACK3 TIMES BECAUSE HE HAS
    HEARING, SAYING, WRITING, SEEING, AND READING THE SOUNDS OF
    WORDS. HE IS NOW IN THE 6TH GRADE AND I'M HOPEFUL HE WILL GO
    TO JHS... AND THATS WHERE MY CONCERNS LAY. I NEED A
    NYC/STATE SCHOOL THAT TEACHES DECODING.. CAN YOU HELP ME
    PLEASE?? OR AT LEAST POINT ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION.
