I have seen many "non"-Indians hired and subsequently fired once they have established a program and then are replaced by a token Indian. Their policy is to hire Indians only, but qualified applicants are hard to acquire. NO, I'm not a racist so don't say OMG, you're a racist!; just trying to see if anyone has worked for a native American organization before. y/n?
