If this principal has it out for her now, which it sounds
like he does, she probably needs to get out of there or he
will just start giving her bad evaluations.
She could try to stick it out but he could badly damage her
with bad evaluations and it will be very stressful for her.
Other options would be to try to take a sabbatical for a
year and then return to a different school.
Another option would be to try to transfer to a different
school in the same district. Is this possible at this point
in the year? If she can do that then she definitely should.
Or she could take a stress leave if she stays and he
continues to give her a hard time.
There are no easy solutions. I hope someone has better ideas
than I do.
