Act like Judge Judy. I'm serious. Keep your cool and a
basically stern persona. Learn "The Look".

Also, if someone is acting up, go stand RIGHT NEXT TO THEM
while you teach.

If someone is talking, you STOP talking. And don't say
anything. Even if it takes 10, 20 agonizing minutes. You can
write on the board, "I'm waiting."

You have to BELIEVE you can do this. The better I get at it,
the better behaved they're getting!
