Yes came. I'm afraid it doesn't work. Sleep for assimilating new
information into our existing 'map of the world' which includes
our 'knowledge based' map. Each section is 'updated' during the
night. If we are tense or anxious we don't get a good night’s
sleep and therefore not only are our internal maps not updated
(because we haven't fully understood the new information) we have
a cluttered deck next morning upon which new information will fall
waiting to be collated.
To that end I am working on a relaxation CD for teachers which
should be on the Edinburgh Techniques website by the start of the
next academic year. It will be based on our Study Relaxer CD which
is used by High School and University Students, (the Magic Garden
being used by our Primary Students.)
Pity about that came, otherwise we would all have PhDs in record time.
