I feel burnt out time to time, and I am in the cushiest situation of anyone I know... it's just the way things go. I am in no way ready to leave the job, but I have some bad days. I don't think the ease of the job has much to do with it... AND if the management is an issue, it can't possibly feel good to go in and teach! Last year I had a tough class, and it really felt like I was at my wits end, even in this cushy school....
Is there a way you can get some help with the management, or do you really think it's a situation that can't be fixed?
