Ok, I have read the next post that disputed this thing about
California. However, remember Stuart's high school sweetheart
did something unforgivable--is she related to Constantine after
all or get involved with Constantine's problem with Skeeter's
mom? The ex fiance moved to Cal., too. Did she date a black
man or was she kind/cruel to the help or other black people? I
am not sure Stuart is everything Miss Hilly says, like standing
next to the gov.in politics I think the foreshadowing we see
with Stuart appreciating Skeeter for being independent may be
that he will become sympathetic? Or will it be a disaster when
he finds out what Skeeter has been doing?

I am getting nervous about the interviews.

Celia, poor Celia. Gosh, why don't people just talk to one
another--like Celia and her husband--and realize they have the
same goals--to stay together and raise a family?

Skeeter's mom is shrinking away with "ulcers." Again, another
situation where if people would just TALK to each other, then
Skeeter's mom could get the help/support she needs.

Oh, I am loving this book!
