A great new name for this assessment. We are very concerned
about the giant step back in reading instruction and in
understanding quality assessment that this instrument is causing
our schools! Walking into a kindergarten classroom where 5 year
olds are trying to say all the letters of the alphabet in one
    minute is pretty scary.
