I dont know about home day cares. But I know with the current
cuts they are talking about licensing would not do random checks
of centers (not the home day cares i dont think) Just the
initial visits and when there is a complaint. Because they will
have to cut staff and they are already short staffed anyway.
Hopefully that is an area they wont cut. But the money has to
be cut from somewhere, and its always the kids, the poor, and
the disabled that get cut.
