I don't know of sites, but here are the categories in my
staff handbook: Daily Schedule. Job Description. The
Philosophy We Operate Under. Wages / Pay Schedule. Hours.
Nutrition. Injury Report. Things You Should Always Do.
Things You Should Never Do.

I have a separate book that everybody gets in addition to the
staff handbook: Discipline and Correction Guidelines. It has
information and examples of different discipline/correction
situations.
