What do you mean about facebook and my space? What are including
    that for?

The Things You should and Should Not Do are just common sense
things, but sometimes people need to be told. Or at least have it
in writing so they know they are expected to do the common sense
things. :) I tried to keep it brief and simple, yet get many
    important points in there.

    Things You Should Always Do
-Count noses to be sure you know where all of the children are at
    all times.
    -Maintain a clean environment.
    -Maintain a safe environment.
-Wash your hands before working with the children.
-Wash your hands after diaper changing or toileting.
-Wash your hands after sneezing or blowing your nose, or helping
    child blow nose.
-Cough and sneeze into tissue or elbow.
-Wash hands before serving meals or snacks.
-Handle conversations with parents in a professional manner.
-Talk to director about any issues that come up with parents,
    staff, or children.

    Things You Should Never Do
    -Leave children unsupervised.
-Swear in front of the children.
    -Argue with other staff.
    -Argue with a parent.
-Hits, scream, or be rough with a child.
-Talk about a child in a bad way.
    -Neglect the children.
-Use alcohol, drugs, or smoke on the child care premises.
-Harm a child in any way.
-Remove property (stealing) from the child care home.

I purposely didn't add in anything about cell phones, chatting with
co-workers, etc., because that situation is really covered under
    several points in these lists.

I also have the workers sign an agreement that they have studied
and will abide by these things. That way if there is an issue, I
can just take the list to them and remind them what they agreed to.
