Post: trouble at my day care that needs to be fixed...

    Posted on 7/30/09

hi, i work at a daycare and im having so many issues that i
dont even know where to begin to know how to deal with them
and i need advice and help. i work at one of the most
amazing day cares ever, with the least amazing teachers
ever. We have multiple toddler teachers that scream bloody
murder at the children. we have one teacher who grabs them
by the shoulder and flings them on their mats and tells
them to be quiet. we've had a teacher instead of picking up
the child pushed them all the way from the front of the
building to the back on the floor with their foot. we have
a teacher who texts all day long instead of working with
the children. we have multiple teachers who get involved
