we have multiple teachers who get involved with happily
married parents. we have teachers who yell scream and
neglect the autistic children. and teachers who are just
down right mean. some of the very few good teachers like
myself know that our director wont fix any of this. he/she
will feel horrible and say that it will get fixed but then
wont. i need some ideas as to how to professioanlly
approach this
