You should be current on infant care such as how to mix formula,
store & warm bm, sleeping on back etc. I'd also ask how they put
the babies to sleep at the center some use the wheel cribs, rocking
chairs, cio, swaddling, etc. Can you feed on demand and put down
for a nap when baby is sleepy or do you have to stick to a strict
schedule? Ask about parent communication and sick policy. Think
about how you would handle a hungry baby, a poopy diaper, and a
sleepy one. My baby started at daycare at 6 weeks. We always need
    loving patient caregivers.
