Tracing is a hard skill for children to learn because they
use two hands to do it....one the hold the pencil and one to
hold the object they are tracing. Developmentally I have
found that the average child doesn't do this very well until
they are 5. You might want to try the trace and color pages
at www.makinglearningfun.com. The pages might be a good
beginning place to start with your kiddos.
