I would not be too concerned about that happening. These
programs(Head Start and the schools) are funded by the
government and we all know that the stimulus money is going to
run out eventually and something is going to give. When the
economy turns around the relatives doing the free day care will
be going back to work and the parents will have to start paying
again. With the way people move around anymore, what are the
odds that everyone is going to have relatives home to do the
babysitting? There are just too many children that need care
and the schools and government just do not have money to fund
programs indefinitely. I guess I am not worried.
