LaCie, HP, WesternDigital any of those are OK.
Do you have Firewire 400/800 or just USB2?
Size wise get the largest you can afford so that you can keep
duplicates of downloaded apps, and projects that can take up
lots of space. 500GB will be SMALL for the future.
