Hi Dawn,
Walden is an accredited university. I enrolled there for a
short time, but was forced to withdrawl. They offered
scholarships and were very reasonable. The classes seemed
pretty good and teachers from all over from very good
districts enrolled. They give you your own email account.
However, there were a couple of things that I did not like.
One, they signed me up for classes without me registering.
They said that frees students up from trying to get into
classes. I think you can set it up to have control over your
registration ahead of time if you wish. Two, I learned that
for what I was working toward was not approved for
certification in my state. Since your degree is in online
teaching, I'm sure you'll be fine. Hope this helps. Good Luck!
