An interdisciplinary degree, such as an MA in American
Studies would cover content from English, History, Geography,
and The Arts. It's a great degree for teachers, since you'll
not be moving into administration (which is not everyone's
dream job), but will be moving forward and become eligible
for school district raises after achieving your MA.
