You need to develop a timeline of what to do and when to do it
with each grade level.
There are fee waivers for students on free lunch. This exempts
them from paying fees.
The www.collegeboard.com site should give you all the information
you need.
If students miss the deadline they can still register late and
take the test on a standby basis. It is more expensive but it can
be done.
I'm a first year counselor, and I don't know it all but this is
what I do know.
