MN is out! I am in the same boat you are. We have over 500
applicants per opening and extremely limited openings.
Advice: Don't come to MN if you want any job in education!
Most of the paraprofessionals are licensed teachers and the
substituted have years of teaching under their belts (they
were all cut).
