Am looking for a program of study to obtain a doctorate
degree in the Teaching of Elementary Mathematics. It could
also be Teaching of Middle School Mathematics. For
example, NYU has : Doctorate of Teaching and Learning
with concentration in Mathematics. I would prefer an
online class option, otherwise I'd probably have to attend
summer classes or take a leave of absense from my job if
the campus isn't close to home.

Does anyone know of a university which offers such a
degree? Thank you for your time.
