It would seem so, wouldn't it but likely if one asked they'd say no, of course we expect you to give all of these papers a thorough reading and write equally though comments on them. But since they give you 24 hours that rather contradicts their expectations so what's the underlying message to you? Do enough that the students feel the money they spent is validated - why are they taking this course?
